Instructions

The food and beverage sales Vendor Menu is subject to approval by the event Coordinator. No Vendor will be permitted to sell alcohol.
Set Up/Tear Down: Vendors may arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. and no later than 8:30 a.m. ALL set up vehicles must be off property by 9:00 a.m. Vendors may begin to tear down no earlier than 3:00 pm and must be out by 5:00 pm.
A vendor must have a canopy/tent and is responsible for its tents, chairs, tables, weights etc.
A Certificate of Insurance is required to be submitted with this application.
Trash removal is the vendor’s responsibility, and the space must be cleaned thoroughly prior to departure.
This is a rain-or-shine event.
